Photo of the Week: Let it Snow!

It was exactly one year ago when northeastern skiers were making their first turns of the season on our local ski hills and higher elevation pastures. Over 6″ of snow fell at the higher elevations (just enough to coat skiers’ favorite moss- and grass-coated hillsides), and when the fog and clouds cleared, it was a treat for the eyes. Once again,forecasts are calling for temperatures on Friday and Saturday to be cold enough to support steady snowfall at higher elevations across the north country of the northeast. Meanwhile, moisture streaming in from a major nor’easter winding up off the coast could lead to significant accumulations of the white stuff…

Let it snow!

    Stoke in the air and heavy drops falling on Sugarbush. Is it snowin’ on the summit,? We’ll have to Schuss the situation, get your boards sliding~
